Project Management
An essential part of the services Mouat provides is project management. Our technical knowledge and experience separate Mouat among other contractors in managing the installation of a highly technical process. With Mouat guiding the project from concept to completion, the customer is assured that equipment is ordered properly and to specifications, the work is properly scheduled and subcontractors are managed well.
A construction project is a dynamic process where change is an inherent part. By being in charge of each phase of the project including concept, procurement, design, construction and start-up, Mouat is able to manage the change efficiently. We understand the cascading issues that evolve from a single change to the equipment or to the process. As a result, we are able to make changes to purchase orders, design drawings and schedule to minimize the impact.
