Mouat is a fully integrated design-build contractor, which means that we have successfully integrated these two disciplines into one cohesive process. We actively use our construction experience to improve our design and, conversely, use our design and management competencies to improve the timeliness, cost, and quality of our construction efforts.

In addition, since Mouat’s mechanical subcontractor is also its fabricator, there is less potential for “things to fall through the cracks” between fabrication and installation. There is an incentive by both companies to make sure the equipment is designed properly, the fabrications are shipped to the field in their most completed form and they are easily installed.

Mouat has a long history of successfully completed projects. With direct responsibility for construction, subcontractors and productivity, we provide our customers with the assurance that we are able to complete their projects on schedule, within budget and with the highest standards of safety.
